Recipe: Perfect Masala Idli Delicious, fresh and tasty.

Masala Idli. Masala idli is a simple and easy snack. This is one of my favorite ways to serve masala idli. Adding the stir-fry salad to idli makes a very versatile dish.

Usually prepared as a breakfast fare with a good dose.

Masala idli recipe - QUICK and EASY recipe using leftover idlis.

The tasty masala is made from onion, capsicum and tomatoes with flavor of pav bhaji masala.

You can cook Masala Idli using 10 ingredients and 6 steps. Here is how you achieve that.

Ingredients of Masala Idli

  1. Prepare 200 gm of Rava (sooji).

  2. Prepare 4 tbsp of curd.

  3. You need 150 ml of water.

  4. You need to taste of Salt.

  5. It’s 2 tsp of oil.

  6. It’s 1 tsp of rai( mustard seeds).

  7. Prepare 1 tsp of kitchen king masala.

  8. You need 5-6 of curry leaves.

  9. You need 2-3 of green leaves.

  10. You need 1 tsp of Eno.

This masala is coated to the idli pieces.

Masala idli is delicious recipe native to Southern part of India.

The masala idli is made by giving little twist to your regular plain idli.

So you can expect it to be even more delicious.

Masala Idli instructions

  1. Take a bowl add Rava, curd,salt,Eno & water mix well properly batter..

  2. Take a Idli mould first Grease in oil then pour the batter..

  3. Steam at 10 minutes..

  4. After 10 minutes,make Idlhi cool down then give bagar.

  5. Take fry pan add oil mustard seeds, jeera, green chillies,curry leaves, red chilli, kitchen king masala.

  6. Add Idli mix well. Garnishing with coriander leaves..

Masala Idli- Idli is a popular southern Indian tiffin item but now popular snack every where.

Though its a breakfast item but is also enjoyed for lunch and dinner and kids loves to carry Idli in their school.
