  1. You need 1/2 cup of Chole.

  2. It’s 1 cup of Small cheak pea.

  3. It’s 5 of Potato medium.

  4. You need 3 of Tomato medium.

  7. Prepare 2 tbsp of Oil.

  8. You need 1tbsp of Mustard seeds , ashpetidia.

Sev usal instructions

  1. Take a pressure cooker add both cheak pea and potato for boiling..

  2. After that take a pan add oil, mustard seeds, ashpetidia add chopped tomatoes mix well now add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala add cheak pea and chopped potatoes mix well add water and cook for some time. Turn off the gas and serve with sev, curd, chopped onion and coriander..

You can use this tari in various vegetables to spice up the taste.

Sev usal is basically a curry made with onion tomato gravy cooked with boiled dried peas.
