  5. Heat 3-tbsp oil in a pan add 1-tbsp jeera and grated garlic and saute 1-2mintutes, add spinach puree and cooked 3-4minites, add tomato puree and mix well..

  6. Add haldi powder, Coriander powder, and salt and cook for 5-minutes, add 1-cup water mix well and cook for 5-7minites, add garam masala powder and mix well. Reduce heat, add cream and cook for 1/2-e.remove from heat..

  7. Pour the gravy into serving bowl and arrange the koftas on top..

  8. Enjoy.
