Add bread crumbs as per requirement for binding & crispiness. Divide into equal parts and make balls keep it aside..

For filling: In a pan add grated paneer,pepper powder,salt & mint leaves and mix it very gently and make small balls keep them aside..

Now spread one rajma ball in a palm & put a paneer ball on it & cover it give nice round shape & roll it in bread crumbs to make it crispy. make all balls same way..
