  15. Prepare 1/2 tsp of white pepper powder.

  16. You need 1/2 tsp of black pepper powder.

  17. Prepare 1 tbsp of oyster sauce.

  18. It’s of salt as per taste.

  19. You need 200 gm of noodles.

  20. You need 1 cup of Cabbage(julienne).

  21. It’s 1/2 cup of carrot(julienne).

  22. Prepare 1/2 cup of Capsicum (julienne).

  23. Prepare 1/4 cup of Sesame oil.

  24. It’s 1/4 Cup of Green onion white part(julienne).

  25. Prepare 2 tbsp of Olive oil.

  26. You need 1 tbsp of Garlic(finely chopped).

Chicken Chow Mein step by step

  1. Boil Noodles: Cook the chow mien noodles according to manufacturers direction. After boiled the noodle wash it with cool water and add sesame oil..

  2. Chow mein Sauce: In bowl,add oyster sauce,soy sauce,black pepper powder,white pepper powder,Chilli sauce,Worcestershire sauce,red chilli flakes, vinegar and mix well.Chow Mein sauce is ready..

  3. Chicken Marination: In a bowl add chicken, oyster sauce soy sauce black pepper,white pepper powder and mix well.Set it aside to marinate..

  4. In a Hot wok add cold sesame oil and saute the chicken till chicken tender..

  5. In a fry pan add garlic and all vegetable( except green onions_ and stir fry for a min.then add in a chicken and mix well for 2-3 mins..

  6. Add the noodles in. Season with chow main sauce, salt,green onion and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes on high flame..

  7. Remove from heat and serve immediately..
