  1. In a pan heat ghee. Saute dry fruits separately until get golden colour. Drain out and keep aside..

  2. Now add cardamoms, cloves and cumin seeds saute for a minute. Add ginger garlic paste in it and saute till raw smell goes away..

  3. Take curd in a bowl and add rrd chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt, kitchen king masala and sauces. Mix well so all things cooperated well. Keep aside..

  4. Add onion puree in it and saute till onion gets translucent. Now add tomato puree and saute till ghee appears..

  5. Now add ghee residue in it and saute till all masala cooperated well and gets golden brown colour..

  6. Add curd mixture in it and add ¼ cup water. Saute till ghee oozing from the sides..

  7. Now add paneer, fried dry fruits and ½ cup water. Mix well..

  8. Gradually add some water according to your desired consistency. Bring it a boil and let it simmer for 5 minutes..

  9. Turn off the gas. Sprinkle garam masala powder over it and cover it..

  10. Delicious masala paneer with dry fruits is ready to serve. Believe me everyone loves it..
