Easiest Way to Cook Yummy Peanut Butter cookies with Chia Delicious, fresh and tasty.

Peanut Butter cookies with Chia. True story: I once made these amazing Peanut Butter Chia Breakfast cookies in the evening so I could serve them to my kids at breakfast. Then my brother-in-law came over and ate half the batch! They are truly delicious, chock full of peanutty flavor and a blend of chewy and crunchy textures.

This peanut butter chia pudding makes for a delicious breakfast, snack or healthy treat.

I always knew I loved peanut butter, but I don't think I fully processed just how deep my love goes for good ol' PB.

You can have Peanut Butter cookies with Chia using 7 ingredients and 11 steps. Here is how you achieve that.

  1. It’s 75 g of soft butter.

  2. You need 75 g of chia peanut butter.

  3. It’s 30 ml of condensed milk.

  4. You need 25 g of brown / palm sugar.

  5. You need 90 g of all-purpose flour.

  6. You need 10 g of maizena flour.

  7. Prepare 1/4 tbs of baking soda.

Peanut butter, oats, and chia seeds (yes, a few chocolate chips too) come together to make one yummy-healthy cookie suitable even for breakfast.

What the heck are chia seeds?

Chia seeds were an ancient Aztec staple and have recently become popular for their health benefits.

About a month ago, I came across Marina's Chia Seed Peanut Butter Cookies and jotted down the recipe in my recipe notebook.

Peanut Butter cookies with Chia instructions

  1. Mix the butter and chia peanut butter as well as condensed milk together, using mixer or spoon.

  2. Add brown sugar and stir well.

  3. Add the maizena along with 50g of flour and mix well.

  4. Add the remaining flour together with the baking soda.

  5. Once it's mixed, it should give you a good dough texture, no longer sticky.

  6. Meanwhile, preheat the oven at 175°c.

  7. At the same time, form the dough into any shape you wish, you can also use the cookie cutter. Give at least 0.5cm thickness for each cookies.

  8. Place all the cookies in a baking tray and bake for 10-15 mins. Mine was done in 12mins.

  9. You can tell it's done when there is golden crown on the bottom edge of each cookies.

  10. Remove from oven and let it cool in room temperature to let the cookies firm / hard.

  11. Store them in an airtight container / jar.

Then a couple of weeks ago, I came across a similiar recipe on Laura's site for Chia Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies and she referenced Christie's Healthy Chia.
