  10. It’s 125 grams of Margarine.

  11. You need 1 tbsp of Margarine.

  12. You need 1 dash of Cinnamon.

Creamy and sweet, melktert is a South African dessert consisting of a pastry crust filled with a combination of sugar, flour, eggs, and milk.

The name melktert means milk tart.
