KOMBDI VADE RECIPE - Hi Friends, in this video I am going to show you how to make delicious & Authentic Kombdi Vade.

Malvan Special Kombdi Vade step by step

  1. These are all ingrediants required.

  2. In a pan add 3 tbsp oil and add shredded coconut dhania seeds,roughly chopped onion, some coriander, ginger and garlic, and roast well.

  3. In a bowl add wheat, rice &jowar flour.

  4. Add in fenugreek powder, jeera powder, 1tsp turmeric, salt.

  5. In a kadai add oil and let heat well.

  6. Add in chopped onions and fry until brown.

  7. Add in ginger garlic paste and saute well until it leaves its raw smell.

  8. Add in chopped tomatoes and the shreddedcoconut, paprikapowder,turmeric,dhania powder, onion-garlic masala, garam masala, kitchen king masala and saute well.

  9. Fry all the masala untill it leaves oil from edges.

  10. Add in boiled chicken with all the chicken stalk and give it a good mix.

  11. Add water as per your desired consistancy. its ok if not added cz I haven't.

  12. Add salt to taste.

  13. And cover the kadai with lid for about 5 to 8 mins.

  14. Remove the lid and add lemon juice and mix well.

  15. Garnish with chopped coriander.

  16. Knead a medium consistancy dough and cover it with lid or damp cloth and let it aside.

  17. For vadaas, heat oil in a kadai to deep fry.

  18. Take a small piece of plastic bag and fix it well with oil on both sides.

  19. Take small portion on the dough (bit bigger than a size of a puri) and pat it with fingers to form a puri like shape.

  20. I have also tried some like a shape of medu vada.
