In a bowl take flour, ghee, salt and curd mix nicely.

Slowly add water and knead a semi soft dough rub some oil and cover and keep aside for minimum 30 minutes.

Knead after 15 minutes of interval and again keep aside.

Divide naan dough in 7-8 balls..

Take one ball dust it in flour, roll a little now put some Sesame seeds and coriander leaves stick them to one side with a help of little oil..

Now dust it with flour and start rolling in oval shape till its neither too thin or thick..

Heat a tawa, apply water on the plain side of naan and stick on tawa, once you see small bubble coming, lift tawa and roast the sesame side directly on flame..

Once done remove and apply butter generously. Its ready to serve, repeat with remaining balls.

In a kadai heat 1 tablespoon oil and add all whole garam masalas, once they splutter add slice onion and let them be tender and cooked.

Once done add crushed garlic and crushed ginger, once they aur nicely fried add cashews, poppy seeds, and give it a nice fry.

Now add tomato puree and cover and cook for 5 minutes..

Once done allow it to cool down, once its cool blend nicely till smooth paste.

Heat kadai add remaining oil and butter and kashmiri red chilli powder, now add blended mixture and cover and cook till oil separates.

Once done add all dry masalas, sauce, sugar and mix nicely.

Now add fresh cream and mix, add water and adjust consistency..

Cut paneer pieces in desired shape, once the gravy boils add paneer and cover and cook for 5 mins on low flame..

Once done, garnish with some butter and coriander leaves, serve with butter Naan or your favourite bread😊.
