  1. Cut paneer into big cubes, clean mushrooms as well, cut capsicum into dices.

  2. Prepare marinate by adding curd, all masalas, Ginger garlic paste, mustard oil, salt.

  8. Roast it on tawa apply pure ghee on both sides… Remove it as it turns golden crisp.. Cut it in desired shapes…
