  1. First preheat oven to about 175 C.

  2. Then cut the crust lengthways of your chosen bread 2-3 times Almost all the way through. The cut it I again the short way about 1-2 inches apart almost all the way through. The bottom must still be intact..

Brush top of loaf with butter and sprinkle sugar over top.

Garnish with more strawberries, banana, and powdered sugar.

Check the center of the loaf with a toothpick.
