Ram Pepper soup step by step

  1. Wash ur meat and put in a clean pot.

  2. Add onions, thyme, salt, ginger paste, garlic, salt and knorr cubes. Cover the pot to cook for 15mins.

  3. Add dried ginger, chilli, cloves, black and white pepper,water and more onions..

  4. Allow to cook for like 40 mins untill tender and soft. U can serve with bread, potatoes or anything of your choice. Enjoy.

If using soft chicken, watch the timing otherwise the chicken will end up as a shredded mass..

When the foam subsides, add the mushrooms, chives or scallions, salt, pepper and nutmeg to the pan and stir well to mix.

Remove from the heat and stir in the cream.

Pour the sauce over the escalopes and serve at once.
