  1. Chany ki dal ko aik ghanta soak kar dain phir is ko boil kar dain.

  2. Phir onion ko halka sa satie karein.

  3. Phir us main sarey gram masalay add kar dain.

  4. Phir green chilli tomato or ginger add kar dain ke bhone lain.

  5. Phir boil dal add kar dain or bhone lain.

  6. Phir rice add karein or bhone lain phir water add kar dain.

  7. Jub water dry ho jaein or rice pak jaein tu oper se cumin seed daal kar dam per rakh dain 5 minute.
