  1. Soak moong daal for 30 minutes. Later wash daal drain excess water and in that daal only soak oats for 3minutes, than wash and drain excess water of both..

  2. Now in a cooker add ghee add cumin seeds and let it splitters than add chopped tomatoes, green chillies and few curry leaves. Cook till 5 minutes. Now add turmeric powder and red chilli powder and mix well..

  3. As masala got mixed now add daal and oats. Add salt and mix properly..

  4. Now add water mix it close the lid of cooker and give 2 whistles..

  5. As whistle gets cool mix properly and serve hot and enjoy healthy oats khichdi😊.
