Khichdi Tikki step by step

  1. First prepare a khichdi if you dont have left over khichdi. I have added ginger garlic,reen chilli paste,turmeric powder while preparing the khichdi. If you have plain rice then you need to add that. First in a mixisng bowl add khichdi,caroot, beet root and all the masala and mix it well..

  2. Prepare a small tikki from that mix. Now in a nonstick pan, add oil and shallow fry the tikki until it become golden brown and crispy from both the sides..

  3. Serve it hot with Green Chutney..

And mix it khichdi and potato mixture.

Give it the shape of tikki and shallow fry till is golden brown.

Cut the bun and spread the mayonnaise.
