  1. Firstly,take a pressure cooker heat desi ghee and add jeera saute it, add all the veggies. Saute the veggies in the low flame and cook it well..

  2. After 10 min veggies change the colour add salt,add chopped green chilli, add turmeric powder..

  3. All tadka saute well, add 4 cup water, also add oats and dal..

  4. On the medium flame,pressure cook for 3 whistle. When the pressure goes off open the lid and chopped coriander leaves..

  5. Add some desi ghee and serve it hot..

It tasted as good as the khichdi made with rice.

It is an easy meal option made with any vegetables you have at home.

It can just be relished with some curd, pickle and papad.
