Firstly take the cooker put butter heat it then put cumin splutter them then add oats, Moong dal saute it then add salt, turmeric powder and saute it for 2 minutes..

Then add 2 bowls water and cover it and give two whistles, after cooling make this Khichdi man..

Take 1 plate put Khichdi in center and give round shapes..

Then cut two pieces carrot in round shape and place into at face the also put black pepper as eyelids..

After that make eyebrows with the stems of coriander, then take some coriander leaves and make hair..

Then take peas and put in the side of face..

This time i combined veggies, oats together in this dal khichdi and used cooked moongdal instead of toordal or masoor dal.
