  2. Take a bowl add some curd, and add all the dry masala and mix well.

  3. Take a pan add 2 tbsp oil and let it heat up. Once heated at 1 tbsp cumin seeds and once it starts crackling add curry leaves bay leaf and whole red chilli with a pinch of hing..

  4. Now add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.

  5. Next add chilli ginger garlic paste and sauté for few mins.

  6. Now add the tomatoes and mix well.

  7. Next add the curd mixture and stir continuously for a few seconds.

  8. Add a little bit of water and let it boil for a min.

  9. Now add the boiled potatoes and add 2-3 potatoes mashed as well to make the gravy a bit thick. Cook for few seconds and add kitchen king masala and salt garnish with coriander leaves..
