  2. It’s 2 of tomatoes.

  3. It’s 2 of carrots.

  6. Prepare 2 of Onions.

  7. You need 3 of Green Chillies.

  8. It’s 1 of small piece Ginger.

  12. It’s 2 Spoons of Oil.

  13. Prepare 1/4 spoon of Asafoetida Powder (Perungayam).

  14. Prepare as required of Mustard & Urad Dal.

  1. Cut Peas, Carrot, Potato into small pieces..

  3. In a Kadhai add Oil, add mustard and Urad Dal and fry them. Then add Onion, Ginger, Green Chilli as small pieces and fry them. Then add pieces of tomato and fry it. Add Chilli powder, perungayam /Asafoetida powder, turmeric powder in kadhai and then streamed vegetables to it. Add salt as required..

  4. Take water and Vermicelli in a ratio of 1.5:1, means for every cup of vermicelli take 1.5 cups of water..

  5. Now add water in kadhai and boil the water..

  6. Add vermicelli to the kadhai, until it is cooked fully. Stir the mixture regularly..

  7. Now kichdi is ready.
