  9. Season with salt, pressure cook it for 2 to 3 whistles. When the pressure falls down on its own, remove the lid..

  10. Add ghee, saffron milk, capsicum and mix it gently..

  11. Garnish the shahi khichdi with cashews, coconut, coriander leaves and saffron. Accompany a side veggie salad, raita, pickle or plain curd by the side..
