In wide bowl soak sabu dana by adding enough water to cover them at least for half an hour.

In a pan heat oil and add zeera, onion, green chillies and peanuts and salt & turmeric powder roast for 2minutes…. Make sure onion dnt get too soft.

Add sabu dana and sprinkle some water cover and cook till it gets transparent… Lastly add coriander leaves and lemon serve hot as snack.
