  1. It’s 200 gms of Sabudana.

  2. It’s 100 gms of Roasted peanuts (Roughly crushed).

  3. It’s 2 of medium sized potatoes (cut it into small square piece).

  4. Prepare 5-6 of Green chillies.

  5. It’s few of Curry leaves.

  6. It’s as per taste of Sindha salt.

  7. You need 1 tsp of Red chilli powder.

  1. Soak Sabudana for minimum 6 hours. Keep ingredients ready as it is in picture..

  2. Take a pan, add oil, curry leaves, green chillies and chopped potatoes. Cover it and cook it on low flame. No need to add water. After 5 minutes, potatoes will be cooked..

  3. Add soaked Sabudana, red chilli powder and crushed peanuts..

  4. Mix it properly. Cover it and cook it on low flame for another 5-7 minutes. Add coriander leaves. Ready to serve..
