  1. Take soaked dal and chawal.

  2. In pressure cook put dal chawal,add khada spices,salt and Turmeric pressure cook it..

  3. In pan heat 2tb spoon ghee,add jeera,and all veggies.

  4. Sauce it add all spices cook them..

  5. Take a baking dish.

  6. Spread cooked khicadi.

  7. Spread mix veggies layed (we have fried).

  8. Spead white sauce on it..

  9. GRATE cheese and decorate with some raw veggies..

  10. Bake it for 10-15 mins (or till cheese melt) at 180dg.
