Ingredients of Methi(Fenugreek) ki khichdi

  1. It’s 1 1/2 cup of rice.

  2. It’s 4 of medium sized tomatoes.

  3. Prepare 1 tablespoon of fenugreek seeds.

  4. Prepare 2 of green chillies.

  5. Prepare 2 tablespoon of oil.

  6. You need of Water as required.

  7. It’s of Salt as required..

  6. After 2 whistles switch off the flame… When the pressure goes off open the lid… And your khichdi is ready…

Mildly spiced with garlic and assorted spices this methi moong khichdi is slightly bitter in taste, but when relished with ghee, curd and pickles it is delightful and makes a great comfort meal.
