In a pressure cooker add oil heat it.then add onion slices and saute,when it turns light brown add ginger garlic paste saute few seconds then add curry leaves,green chillies,saute one minute then add boiled fenugreek seeds add little salt and mix all.stir occasionally and cooked for 3-4 minutes.now add cooked rice and boil fenugreek water then pressure cook for one whistle.release the pressure naturally.serve hot..
