In chopper add onion, ginger garlic paste coriander,green chillies and chopperize them..

Now add mince in it with salt,pepper,lemon juice and saffron now chipperize them..

Take out them from chopper and make kabab and grill or shallow fry in butter.

(For rice) heat oil in a pan and add chicken stock,saffron,salt bring it to boil and add soaked rice..

When water dries out add butter and raisins let it simmer or 10 min on low flame..

For sauce :in blender add tomatoes,green chillies and coriander with salt and lemon juice and blend after blend add chopped onion and mix well.
