  5. Heat ghee in a kadai, add the jeera and curry leaves. once jeera turns golden add the chopped potatoes. sauté for 30 seconds. Now add the crushed peanuts..

  6. Add the sabudana and salt. Mix well. cook for a minute. Do not over cook other wise the khichdi will become sticky. add lemon juice and chopped green coriander. Mix. Serve hot..
