Soak sago for 4 to 6 hours.

Heat 2tbsp oil in the pan, roast cumin, green chillies and curry leaves, add potatoes and cook for 1 minute.

Add sago, add salt and pepper together, mix well and cover and cook on a low flame for 4 to 5 minutes.
