Soak the sabudana in minimum water overnight or for 6-7 hours..

For my recipe I have soaked some portion of sabudana in beet root juice and little water.

Add the groundnut powder & salt to the soaked sabudana and mix well..

Heat ghee in a kadai and add cumin seeds and chillies to it.

Add the cubed potatoes to the kadai and stir well..
