Ingredients of Suran ki Khichdi

  1. Prepare 2 cups of grated suran.

  2. Prepare 2 tbsp of oil.

  3. You need 2 tbsp of groundnuts.

  7. You need 1 teaspoon of ginger.

Method: Steam the suran in a pressure cooker.

Now, peel the skin off and mash the suran well.

Take a few peanuts and dry roast them.

Make a coarse peanut powder by grinding this together.

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and peanuts. When peanuts are roasted, add curry leaves, finely chopped green chillies and ginger to it..
