  11. Prepare 1/2 tsp of kitchen king masala.

  12. You need 3 tbsp of corn flour.

  13. You need 3 tbsp of bread crumbs.

  14. It’s 1/4 tsp of chaat masala.

  15. You need 1/4 cup of chopped coriander leaves.

  16. It’s to taste of Salt.

  17. It’s as needed of Oil for frying.

I used rice flour as the binding agent in these patties, you can also use all purpose flour or chickpea flour (besan) in place.

  1. Heat oil in a frying pan add oil add chopped ginger garlic,saute for few mins, add onions saute for a few mins, add green chillies, chopped carrots, chopped capsicum saute for few mins then add the boiled and crushed corn mix it,then add the 2 tbsp boiled corn mix and saute for few mins. Add the mashed potatoes and mix it well. Cook for a few secs off the flame..

  2. Remove it in bowl add salt, coriander leaves, chaat masala,amchur powder, kitchen king masala, corn flour and bread crumbs mix it well. Make small balls and shape them into flat disc. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry them.
