Prepare 2 each of Dungeness crab or any others of your choice.

It’s 1 tbsp of Butter.

It’s 1 tsp of Salt.

Prepare 3 clove of Cloves.

It’s 1 tbsp of Goya Adobo all purpose seasoning.

It’s 1 of Maggi cube.

You need 1 1/2 tbsp of Virgin Oil.
Take the cooked pork and add it at this time.
Mix the ingredients as well as you can and bring it to a boil.
Check it about half way through and mix it again.
Once its all done cooking add salt and pepper to taste and voila.. . . .you have Haitian .
