You need 1/2 cup of mogardal.

Prepare 1/2 cup of khichdi rice.

Prepare 1 tbsp of ghee.

It’s 1 of small cardamom.

It’s 1 of small piece cinemon stick.

You need 1/4 tsp of cumin seeds.

Prepare 1/8 tsp. of Asafetida.

Mogardal Khichdi instructions

Take mogardal and rice in a bowl wash 3-4times and soak 1/2hr..

Now heat ghee in a cooker add cumin seeds cinemon stick bay leaf and cardamom saute add asofoetida and curry leaves..

Now add dal rice with water. Add salt and turmeric powder mix well. Cover and make3-4whistle on mid. flame. Turn off flame and let it cool. Open and stir and serve pour ghee garnish with curry leaves. Healthy delicious Mogardal khichdi is ready to serve. No need anything with khichdi. Itself v. Tasty..
