  1. In a bowl take sooji along with curd & some water. Soak it for 20-25 min..

  2. After that add all the spices with corn and add some more water to make Idli batter. Now add eno powder and mix it..

  3. Boil some water in a large pan already.Pour the batter into the greased Idli stand and put into the boiling water pan..

  4. Cook it at high flame for 5 min and then cook for 5 min more at medium flame. Idllies are ready to serve..
