Take a mixing bowl,add rice & dal, mix it well, wash it, soak in water for 1/2 hr, strain it, keep aside..

Fry all the veggies in oil, keep aside..

Take a pressure cooker, add ghee, heat it, moderate the heat, add tejpatta & dalchini, saute it for a while..

Now add hing & zeera, let it splutter..

Add green chillies & ginger, saute it for a while..
