  1. It’s 8 pcs of drumsticks.

  2. Prepare 150 gm of sambal paste.

  3. It’s 150 gm of curry powder.

  6. Prepare 5 cloves of garlic (puré).

I made the laksa paste from scratch and enjoyed the process of building the rich flavors my family has enjoyed during years of living in Malaysia , Asia and numerous visits to Thailand.

  3. Then stir well. Cook for another 10min in medium heat. Add in the coconut milk. Let it boiled for another 10min..

  4. Then turn the heat into lower heat. Cook for another 25min, then is ready..
