  2. It’s 2 cups of cooked white rice (I used jasmine and also cooked it in homemade chicken stock).

  3. It’s 8-12 oz of thin cut pork (sliced).

  5. It’s 1 of medium carrot (minced).

  6. You need 6-8 oz of shiitake mushrooms (sliced).
