Spaghetti Aglio e olio with Chicken. Spaghetti Aglio e Olio is the most popular Italian Pasta dish and the simplest to make. It has it's roots in Naples but has spread all over Italy and now the world. The dish is made by lightly sautéing sliced, minced or pressed garlic in olive oil.

Ingredients of Spaghetti Aglio e olio with Chicken

  1. Prepare of Spaghetti.

  2. It’s of Chicken tights (chopped, mix with pepper,soya sauce, sesame oil).

  3. Prepare of Red chilli (chopped).

  4. It’s of Garlic (chopped).

  5. It’s of Fresh parsley (chopped).

  6. You need of Olive oil.

This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Taste the sauce before serving to be sure the flavors are balanced.

You can use more or fewer capers to suit your taste..

Spaghetti Aglio e olio with Chicken step by step

  1. Boil the spaghetti (put a side and drain off the water).

  2. Heat oil to pan, stir fry the chicken and put aside.

  3. Heat olive to pan, add the garlic and red chilli (mix well), add in the chicken (mix well), add in the cooked spaghetti (mix well) for 3min, add 2 tpbs water and add in parsley. Mix well another 2 min ready to served.

Serve with wine and crusty garlic bread!

The key is slowly toasting the garlic slices to a perfect golden-brown in the olive oil.
