Now take out our chilled cake on a wire rack having pallete knife to lift the cake easily with plate under it to collect extra chocolate.Slowly pour the chocolate glaze on a cake from the top in a circular motion or randomly till all cake cover and let it remain on a wire rack for few minutes till all extra chocolate fall off..
