Fried rice with shredded beef soup. For the rice-by not cooking the rice before frying it and adding to the soup, it browns too quickly, and ends up tasting almost burned, and is still really hard.   18. Prepare 3 of bulbs garlic.

  19. You need 1/2 of tspn cinnamon.

  20. It’s 1/2 of tspn cumin seeds.

  21. You need 2 of onion (big).

  22. It’s of scotch bonnet.

  23. You need of Carrot (finger coat shape).

  24. It’s of Red bell pepper (sliced).

  25. Prepare of Seasoning.

  26. You need of Oil.

Sprinkle dry onion soup over all.

Stir-fried beef with onions, peas, and of course, a little wok hei is a powerful combination that is often taken for granted.

Repeat twice with remaining beef mixture.

Serve with rice, black beans and lime wedges as desired.

Fried rice with shredded beef soup instructions

  1. Perboil ur rice by adding turmeric powder for an excellent color, strain and keep aside.

  2. In a pot heat some oil and add onions, scotch bonnet,,cumin seeds, rosemary, cinnamon and add some seasoning.stir for 5min then add in curry and bay leaves.

  3. After u keep on stirring, add the perboiled rice, garlic powder and salt to taste. Leave to cook on medium heat until it’s done.

  4. Method for shredded beef soup.

  5. Firstly cut beef into strips Nd Wash the beef, spice with seasoning,garlic, cinnamon, cumin seeds and salt. Sprinkle in the flour ensuring that the flour coats all the strips well Nd put in a zip log bag and marinate in a refrigerator for 30min.

  6. Heat up very little oil and fry the beef strips till golden brown and set aside.

  7. Pour in the onion, red bell pepper, scotch bonnet, carrot and fry for just 3min.

  8. Remove ur vaggies and set aside. Add soysauce to the pan and return beef to frying pan, stir well, taste and correct seasoning and pepper level cook for 5min.

  9. Return vaggies to beef pot stir and cook for just 1 min.

  10. Serve with rice.
