  1. Before The water to boil,sieve your maize flour..

  2. In a bowl mix maize flour with water to make a thick paste,pour it into the boiling water and stir using turning stick ensure there are no balls formed Allow to cook fo 15 to 20minutes,stir from time to time..

  3. Then pour the remaining maize flour to tit and stir keep turning it with turning stick until its thick,then cover and allow to steam for 20minutes..

  4. Wash your meat and put in a pot,add little amount of water nd seasoning,after it bolis keep it aside..

  5. Put oil,blended pepper and onions, after they fry add your daddawa,crayfish,seasoning, the meat that you boil and water allow to cook until The meat is soft..

  6. Put your ogu leave it like 5 to 10minutes.That is all,then serve with tuwon masara..
