  3. Take a pan add oil, cumin seeds, mustard seed, asafetida and add garlic, ginger and green chilli paste. And mix it well, till its raw smell gone. Later add onion puree and mix it well..

  4. Next add tomato puree. And remain it for 4-5 minutes..

  5. After that add boiled peas into gravy..

  6. Add masala like turmeric, red chilli powder, cumin coriander powder, sev usal masala, kasoori methi, salt, jaggery and lemon juice. And boil it for 15 minutes..

  7. Garnish with coriander, and for chat add chopped onion, sav, boiled chopped potatoes, tamarind chutney and coriander chutney. And serve and enjoy it..
