I halved the recipe and worked out great.

Deep fry potato brinjal cauliflower and carrots keep it aside.

In a pan add 2 tablespoon of ghee to it add cinnamon cardamom and the cloves. Add ginger garlic paste and onion saute for 5 minutes..
