Ingredients of Mutton Pulao

  1. It’s 1/2 kg of Mutton.

  2. Prepare 4-5 of Onion.

  3. It’s 2 of bay leaves.

  7. Prepare 2 tsp of Cumin powder.

Mutton Pulao instructions

  1. Finally slice the onions.heat oil put bay leaves and cinnamon then put onion and saute for 2 mins then add salt and cook till light golden..

  2. When its reach to this stage(shown in photo) add mutton and saute for 2 mins..

  3. Then add ginger garlic paste and again saute for 2 mins and then add whisked dahi and cook for 1 min..

  4. Then slit green chilli and add to the mutton and add cumin powder + coriander powder + garam masala powder and mix it well and cook for 2 mins again..

  5. Then put 2 & 1/2 glass water cover the cover and cook till 5 whistles or till mutton is cooked.when mutton is done add potato pieces and again cook till 2 whistles and remove in a big pot..

  6. Add peas and water if needed cover and cook for sometime till peas is half cooked..

  7. Add washed rice and cook untill rice is 75% cooked..

  8. Serve the mutton white pulao hot..

  9. Put tawa on gas and place your pot on tawa cover and cook on a low flame till rice is done..
