  1. For bharta- Roast the baingan on gas flame and peel it, than take pan add 1 tbsp ghee,add fenugreek seeds(methi seeds),than add garlic,chilli,and onion saute 2 minutes.

  2. Add brinjal,chopped tomato and boiled potato mix well,than add all masala,cook with cover for 5 minutes on med to low flame,turn off the gas,bharta is ready garnish with fresh coriander..

  3. For makke ki roti - Take mixing bowl add maize flour and wheat flour mix well and make a soft dough with added water.make flatter roti and put in pan,cook both side and grease with desi ghee,.
