Prepare 250 g of Green peas.

It’s 1 of large carrot..cubed (about a cup).

You need of Corn starch thickener (1tbsp Corn flour+1/4C water).

Heat your pan or sufuria till warm..add your oil then your green peas and your carrots.

Let them fry and keep stiring to avoid burning(if you are doing potatoes..this is the point where you add them).

Let them cook until they change color into a dark shade of green and form wrinkles and when pinched…they smudge easily.

Pour your cooked minji into a bowl..using the same pan..fry your onion ginger and garlic.

Once the ginger has started turning brownish..add your tomatoes..stir and cover and let them cook until tender then mash to form a thick sauce..

Add your soy sauce stir then add your minji and corn starch mix and salt and stir.

Add 2 cups of water or depending on the level of soup that you want.then add your dhania and hoho and let it boil for about 2-3 minutes covered.

Serve with rice…spaghetti or any pasta…dont forget to enjoy with friends..tastes Better that way.
