  1. You need 2 cup of heavy cream.

  2. You need 8 oz of Colby Jack cheese.

I did want to add that I put the egg in a measuring cup, beat it, and then added the milk to measure one cup because there was a lot of milk.

If you require an extra saucy mac & cheese, just reduce the amount of pasta you place into the dish or make more sauce so it is creamier.

  1. Cut the Gouda, Colby jack, and mild cheddar into small cubes, or grate them..

  2. Grate the mozzarella.

  3. In a large sauce pan, Melt the Gouda, cheddar, and Colby Jack on medium heat with the cream, and spices. Stir frequently to avoid burning the cheese onto the bottom of the pan.

  4. In another pan, boil enough water for either one or two boxes of macaroni..

  5. When water is boiling, add macaroni and boil for 7 minutes. For a more cheesy dish only use one box..

  6. Strain macaroni..

  7. Preheat oven to 375.

  8. Grease a baking pan..

  9. Layer one layer of macaroni in the pan, and then sprinkle some bacon bits and some mozzarella..

  10. Repeat step 9 until youre out of macaroni.

  11. Pour the cheese sauce into the macaroni pan and top with the remaining mozzarella..

  12. Bake for 25 minutes.
