  2. You need 3 cups of Wheat flour.

  3. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Salt.

Litti is basically consists of wheat and sattu (powdered roasted blackgrams ) formed into balls with spices, and then dipped in ghee.

  1. Mix all ingredients except deshi ghee given for litti..

  2. Make a hard dough using water..

  3. Keep dough for 30 minutes..

  4. Make mediumed sized litti from dough..

  5. Press litti from thumps keep it aside..

  6. Heat O T G on 220 degree..

  7. Bake litti for 40 minutes..

  8. Grease hot litti from deshi ghee..

  9. Litti is ready..

  10. Peel tomato,potato, and brinjal..

  11. Mash all together..

  12. Mix all indgredient given for chokha..

  13. Chokha is ready..

  14. Serve hot litti with chokha..

Litti Chokha is a traditional dish eaten mainly in Bihar and Jharkhad.

It can be had for lunch, dinner or you can make it on your holidays and you will surely love it.

Litti is similar to Bati in appearance but.
