  1. Wash and soak the poha for 5 minutes.Drain the excess water and let it dry.

  2. Now add onions, tomatoes and corn with poha. Add salt.Add pinch of chaat masala..

  3. Now make a second layer of nachos with fresh cream..

  4. Next layer of poha with corn. Add lemon juice. Salt and chaat masala can be added.

  5. Now final layer of fresh cream with grapes and strawberries.Make it chilled.

  6. Garnish with pineapple piece and cherry.Enjoy throughout….
